Shipping Information
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping details when placing your order and that someone is present during business hours to sign for your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If your details need to be changed once an order has been placed, please contact us at hello@lighterior.com.au. If your product has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier directly to redirect your delivery.
Individual lead times vary from product to product, with estimations indicated within each product description. Please contact our Lighterior team for any specific lead time enquiries.
Delivery Schedule
If your product is in stock, Lighterior will aim to ship your products within 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed.
Lead times for items not in stock will vary from product to product, with estimates indicated within each product description. These may change for larger or bulky/oversized items.
