SØKTAS originated in Oslo, Norway back in 2005, where founders Oliver Höglund and Ryan Roberts first crossed paths. Now based in Currumbin, Australia, SØKTAS is a reflection of both their stories and visions.

Every piece is designed and hand-blown individually by these two creative minds. Drawing from his lineage of glass artists, Oliver, a third-generation craftsman, inherits his skills from his father, Ola Höglund, and grandfather, Erik Höglund. Each piece made is different to the next, giving you a truly original piece of functional art. Statement wall & pendant lighting that enhances your space with a unique ambience.

With experience dating back to 2001, Oliver has honed his craft, developing his own signature style. The process of hand-blowing glass is rigorous and intense, as the molten hot glass is shaped and blown by hand at around 1000° C by Oliver himself.
